What an awfully woke article, with virtually no research about Lego or AFOLs.
Wow she's had 14,000 views?! That's absolutely nothing compared to other
players in the AFOL field who don't make a big deal about their sex or ethnicity
- which is completely irrelevant.

| Hi helpful people,
I need some advise on a good method of completing minifigs.
When I get bulk Lego that contains minifigs, some are build and complete and
some are loose.
So my questions are:
1. What is your proces on trying to complete them.
2. Do you start with the head, torso or legs?
3. What do you do with the parts of figs you can't complete? Do you add those
parts in your main inventory or add them in a stockroom for later use?
Hope that someone can give me some advise as I'm postponing on going trough
my box of loose fig parts.
Thx in advance.

1.) Pull all the minifigure parts you can find out of the bulk lot .
2.) Torsos. Use an old version (1.5.5) of BrickMonkey phone app.
The app allows you to take a picture of any decorated torso and will show you
all variants of minifigures that use that torso and the additional parts you
need to complete them.
The newest version is terrible, because it no longer specializes in just torsos,
meaning extra clicks.
You can search "BrickMonkey Walkthrough – Minifigure Identification"
on Youtube to see an example.
You can also alternatively use Brickstore with Brickognize added in, but it is
slower.
Start with the highest value themes (Star Wars, HP, Marvel, CFMs etc).
Don't struggle to complete a minifigure. If the parts are high value, just
add them to your store, or else you are doing double the work.
3.) It is worth keeping a wide selection of arms, hands, and legs to complete
future figures. Everything else, not so much.
What to do with low value parts? If the sum of the parts aren't worth at
least $2, create random minifigures and sell them in bulk lots. Alternatively
you can just sell the parts in a bulk lot.

Towe said Lego is an expensive hobby — adult sets can cost hundreds of dollars
— so she hopes that as more people join in on the fandom, the company will find
ways to ease the financial burden.
It seems that the opposite happened.

| In English, we have a saying: "Garbage in, garbage out." The internet
is about 85-90 percent garbage. It's not AI it's AS (artificial stupidity)
which has been proven time and time again.
There is a person who is known worldwide that thinks his sycophants are intelligent
simply because they parrot everything he says. When humans or machines lack
critical thinking ability, they are not intelligent in any way, shape or form.
And most of the humans involved in this endeavor are not known for having critical
thinking skills, which is why so many websites, platforms (including this one),
apps, etc. don't work properly so much of the time.

international shipping, especially for shipping into the EU.

Uhhh I'm not sure about this, but I'd say for you shipping to Europe
is like shipping to China - it's just Export.
You don't need ANY EORI, IOSS and so on, AFAIK.
For Europe, if he order's less than 150€ or such, BrickLink will automagically
add the import VAT to the buyer. If more, then buyer will have to pay VAT when
the parcel arrives in his Country.
For other Countries, often no tax - maybe Sales Tax to many States in USA, but
BrickLink does this for you also.

I don't know anything about EORI numbers but if you happen to sell to the
EU you'll use BrickLink's IOSS number (which will appear on the invoice)
which must be transmitted electronically as part of the customs declaration.
My recommendation would be to sell only domestically (and maybe to USA and Canada)
until you're comfortable with the whole process.

Also, just incase anyone has any additional knowledge surrounding international
shipping taxes and fees (especially EU fees) is there a way to know what extra
fees I would be having to deal with before taking international orders? Do I
have to calculate this myself or is it automatic? Would I find out this information
before or after it has entered customs? I appreciate that I am asking a lot of
questions and some may be silly or obvious, but I am completely new to international
shipping and E-Commerce, and I wanted to make sure I do everything right before
selling internationally and disappointing customers. I have looked into the Royal
Mail Click & Drop service and I've seen some of these terms being referenced
before. Will using Click & Drop calculate any of these things automatically or
give me more information regarding EORI and IOSS numbers?
I know I've asked a lot of questions and this is quite a long winded message,
so I really appreciate anyone who reads and/or replies to this. Thank you in
advance for your time
