USED: If instructions or box are missing, it is still considered COMPLETE if
these deficiencies are mentioned in the notes. However, for more serious
deficiencies, the listing must be marked as INCOMPLETE, and for very serious
deficiencies, it must be listed as a custom item.

Well, I guess the problem is in the definition of “serious” and “very serious.”
And saying “it’s on a case by case basis” won’t help those who genuinely want
to know how to list their sets without risking infringing.
(OTOH, rhetorical “what if” will still pop up anyway.)

I would propose a more precise definition?

To be considered Complete:
* Box and eventual Instructions may be missing if clearly described in the Lot.

If not, to be considered Incomplete:
* Box and Instructions may be missing if clearly described in the Lot.
* All eventual Inventoried Minifigures and Gears should be present.
* All eventual sticker Sheets should be present.
* Other missing parts or items should represent a relatively minor value eg.
less than 10% of the total Average Price Guide Value of this parted out Set --
at the date of the lot upload/update.

If not, it should be listed as Custom Item.

Hi, I'm new to Bricklink, my frist order turned out to be a NSS whatever
thst is. I have uet to get my money back. Now, I've just received a compliant
from a seller for not proceeding with an order which they changed after saying
in am email theyd honour an invoice they sent to me for less then they were asking.
No, now thank you Bricklink. Not cool. I wish to make a complaint to Bricklink
for these experiences. These rules and obligstions are not clear enough for first
time users of bricklink.

Most of your purchases seem to be from overseas, and it looks like you are in
Utah. Are you using EASYBUY or are you clicking on a wanted list and selecting
BUY ALL? There are thousands of great stores here in the US.

Personally, I don't know why anyone would order from overseas. Too risky.
I'll say it again-There are thousands of great stores here in the US. Including
mine!!!

NPBs stay permanently for both buying/selling, I have some from 2021 still in
my "orders received"

I think that's how the strikes are enforced, if the order disappears the
strike doesn't exist; I may be wrong though

  Hi there.

This concerns a NPB , complaint i believe instead of NSS.
By the looks of it and the understanding of what you wrote;

The seller added picking and postal , and after that you did not pay the invoice.
For future overseas and or any purchases where instant checkout is unavailable;

Use a request quote option

Instead of the Invoice.

You could try to be nice, and request a cancel when the invoice is done and you
dislike the outcome..

But request quote is without the obligation.

Have a good one.

This is a problem; excessive postage is a legitimate reason to cancel an order
and should never result in feedback for either party as a transaction didn't
happen. And for postage costs there shouldn't be an option of an NPB. Holding
a buyer hostage because the shipping cost is beyond what they expected is not
a good way to do business. Most people don't understand how to ask for a
quote, many things are not intuitive here.

How do I remove an NPB from my sales page?

The order will auto disappear after about xx months. I believe NPB take longer
than the standard 6 months and take 12 months.
