This was with effect from 1 January 2023.
https://www.skatteetaten.no/en/business-and-organisation/vat-and-duties/vat/foreign/e-commerce-voec/low-value/

Businesses and marketplaces that sell low value goods – goods with value below
NOK 3,000 – to consumers in Norway will have to [Register for VAT, Charge VAT,
Report and pay it quarterly].

But from 1 January 2024, the VOEC number MUST be stated digitally:
https://www.skatteetaten.no/en/business-and-organisation/vat-and-duties/vat/foreign/e-commerce-voec/

Much more, we just received a French Post e-mail stating VOEC number will be
required for us to ship to Norway.
No number - no shipping, simple as that.

In short...

* will BrickLink implement this before 1 January 2024?

* if not - I'm not sure we (for instance) will register as a business in
Norway and set up everything on our side for maybe a dozen of orders per year

You're right, that'll decrease your sources.

Even if Helge is an amazing seller (and a very good and kind person)!

Please share with friends, your local log/community etc so they post here for
