| Dear BrickLink members,
After the acquisition of BrickLink in 2019, we’ve continued to deepen and broaden
our relationship and service to the AFOL community. Throughout this transition,
we’ve kept conscious of the fact that BrickLink represents the LEGO® brand in
a much more direct way than before.
We have identified a need to bring our Terms of Service closer to LEGO brand
guidelines regarding restricted content. The implementation of these guidelines
will specifically affect the Studio Gallery, meaning all military/modern warfare-themed,
religious, and alcohol-centric MOCs will be set to “Private” and removed from
public view.
We will continue to support BrickLink members by improving features and encouraging
creativity. In order to do that, we need to ensure that publicly displayed MOCs
in the Studio Gallery adhere to our brand guidelines. MOCs containing restricted
content can still be uploaded in “Private” mode for your own personal purposes.
These guidelines will take effect on January 31st. At this time, a new
upload flow for submitting to the Studio Gallery will be released, enforcing
these guidelines for all future MOCs. Simultaneously, the Designer Terms of Service
(https://www.bricklink.com/v3/terms_of_service_designer.page) will be updated
and the “Military” category in the Studio Gallery will be removed.
Currently displayed MOCs that do not comply with the updated guidelines will
remain visible for two weeks. They will be set to “Private” mode starting on
February 12th, but they will not be deleted from the platform.
This change to the Studio Gallery guidelines is, admittedly, an impactful adjustment
for some users. While many MOCs will be removed from public view, thousands more
remain for you to discover and build for yourself.

So the "present-day" reality of countless "war vehicles" taking
part in the Ukraine and Gaza conflicts, should now be considered "science
fiction"? That is if we are to acknowledge their nonfictional existence and
observed destruction, within our safe spaces of collective creativity
Sorry, just trying to wrap my head around the thought process that allows for
such? I will no doubt though, given time... Maybe because LEGO needs to be preserved
as serving as respite from our realities?

How in the world can you link the two quoted sentences to arrive to this conclusion?
