Is there a place or a website that I can enter my store inventory into and
it spits out the minifigures I can build like rebrickable with sets but minifigures
instead?
I have tons of loose fig pieces and I am hoping to build them back to full figs!

Rebrickable (website) can sort-of do that. It’s more aimed at finding sets (and
MOCs) you can build with your inventory (“parts lists”) but it also works with
minifigure parts.
