  Hi everyone,

I started selling at the end of January and have had a handful of orders since,
but I've only had one buyer leave feedback. Do most people not bother leaving
feedback anymore?

I've left feedback for every order, both buying and selling, and I thought
most people would do the same. Is there anything I could be doing to try to encourage
my buyers to leave feedback?

I think having friendlier terms could help.

Wowza. I just took a look. Charging for the paypal fee and saying they arnt responsible
for packages once they ship them. I highly suggest reading PayPal’s TOS and then
updated your terms

I have given 3631 positive and received 2222 positive feedback, which is 61.2%
reciprocity.

For a new seller such as yourself, it is important to get your feedback up, but
not at the cost of annoying all your buyers with messages.

Being patient and offering great service is all you can do. Know you're not
alone with the missing feedback.

Best of luck, - Chris

After an amazing 4 months in Madeira Portugal, I'm back in Canada and my
store has been opened again.

We worked hard to make our amazing house to host others while we aren't there.

yup, many buyers won't leave feedback but once you get 100+ or so feedback
it generally isn't something that really crosses your mind that much so give
it a little and you should be good. as for "encouraging" buyers to leave
feedback you shouldn't message them or anything as it may annoy some so just
provide the best service you can and usually somewhere between 30%-70% of buyers
will leave feedback

Your lucky if you can get a 40% feedback rate.

Anymore? You started selling end of January, what are you referencing with "anymore"?

No encouragement beyond the cheap kind

As to your expectations of such:

Yes.

Buyers buy, and mainly communicate only when there's a problem.

Did you post an evaluation every time you bought on Amazon? I didn't (while
I did for 50+ objects), but it's less and less meaning.
Execpt when it's crap - then DO complain (and return it).

In short, feedback seems to be kind of an obsolete concept when buying on line
was an adventure in itself. Now it's just normal.

Is there any way to debug these kind of things? Like making a fake order in my
shop?

You can create a second account for testing purposes

Correct, just do not click to the point where an order is actually created.
Just use it to see what numbers are being calculated for the shopping cart.

I would propose a more precise definition?

To be considered Complete:
* Box and eventual Instructions may be missing if clearly described in the Lot.

So it’s for Used only?

Darn yes.
I'm Used to sell New only.
A bit confused too.

If not, to be considered Incomplete:
* Box and Instructions may be missing if clearly described in the Lot.
* All eventual Inventoried Minifigures and Gears should be present.
* All eventual sticker Sheets should be present.

… or, for Used, stickers applied, or a mix of applied stickers and (incomplete)
sticker sheets.

Thanks SylvainGPT.

Now I just miss the Nubs version: "Celebrate with pizza!!!"

But yes.

less than 10% of the total Average Price Guide Value of this parted out Set --
at the date of the lot upload/update.

If not, it should be listed as Custom Item.

Are they why if you search up “.” On YouTube then you get creepy results?

Nah, that was around years before AI - it's closer to those Elsa/Spider-Man
videos that were "made for kids" & had a ton of inappropriate content.
The "." videos were some sort of algorithm bypass that allowed people
to upload disturbing content & not get caught by YouTube's filtering system

The "." search was "fixed" in a sense that YouTube no longer
suggests weird search terms or videos with foreign symbols in the title when
you search "." but it still results in creepy videos showing up (which
are titled "Full Stop Punctuation" although I think those videos are
just copycats trying to get views off of people who learned about the whole situation
after it was "resolved" - none of the videos being suggested contain
disturbing content, it's just odd/creepy videos with unrelated, custom thumbnails
to draw people in; it's basically a creepypasta sort of thing now

Before YouTube caught on it was a mix of odd/creepy copycat vids and actual NSFL
content, no idea how people figured it out but I'm glad it's somewhat
fixed now

I'd say you're right.

If you still have some (NPB/NSS) - no judgment about this, you just bad people
- then they've not been removed and they'll count in the max 3
you can get before priviledge(s) removed.
