I just ignore it and it doesn't hurt me at all.

Same!

Gummies, Pizzas, Mustard, various GPTusers, mods with far too much time and knowledge
(and no Selling Feedback, imagine!), silly contests, Inventory Requests - there
are many different forms of SPAM - depending the POV maybe

  Please make changes to the following inventory:

Book No: b11cty10 Name: City - Brickmaster (Hardcover)
*
b11cty10 (Inv) City - Brickmaster (Hardcover)
Books: Idea Book: Town: City: Police

* Add 1 Set 11900-1 Parts for City - Brickmaster (Book b11cty10) polybag (Alternate)

Comments from Submitter:
Item name states origin.

There is already a note on the set entry concerning where it comes from because
the inventory system cannot handle this situation correctly.

Set No: 11900 Name: Parts for City - Brickmaster (Book b11cty10) polybag
*
11900-1 Parts for City - Brickmaster (Book b11cty10) polybag
2013
Sets: Town: City: Police

Therefore, this request will not be accepted.

Cheers,
Randy

Aren't there many books on the catalog that only have 1 set as inventory?

The original production runs of this book did not contain the "set",
so the book is inventoried like all other books that did not contain a "set".

Granted I only have one positive, but that should meet the terms?

I guess:

BrickLink is a community-driven marketplace. To join the seller community
of BrickLink, you must have at least one net positive feedback from a valid
seller
.

As this seller isn't registered anymore, it's not "valid".

Very sorry.

DOH. Ok, well that sucks for me then lol. Wasn't super clear and I would
have never have known to have checked that.

I'll place a few more orders to bump the number, maybe there's a time
limit?
