I realized I probably worded that wrong, I have one for sale IN MY STORE, not
looking to sell it via other methods.

This fully resonates with my opinion. I'd even tend to differentiate more
part variants as it's essential for an authentic set, that the parts in it
fit to the time it was offered.

I wouldn't mind being called a "Brick Nazi" just because I love to
study brick variants to the extreme. Of course not all users need to share the
same passion. LEGO parts were designed to fit over decades to whatever generations
had collected so far.

Yet the collectors' communities who don't want to be cheated when purchasing
an "original" set, may drive their science either here or elsewhere.
If BrickLink doesn't want to become a place of average interest, all communities
should find their niche here.

Anyone wish to moderate the next contest, let us know

After many years of sponsoring these BL forum contests, we'd like to continue
giving away more of our money/product to fellow BrickLink members. Though sentiment
is constant in this, our time is unfortunately not.

We've enough support now. Gonna cancel this post soon.

Thank you

After operating a store on BrickLink for over 17 years (and Brick Owl for over
7 years), I've decided to sell my store.

Recently retired and will be spending about 6 months in a warmer climate and
movimg my inventory back and forth is just not practical.

I have an inventory of all new condition items currently totaling over 307,000
parts in 7,378 lots and over 680 minfigs in 183 lots.

I would also include:

26 - 60 small drawer Stack-On cabinets
30 - 18 large drawer Stack-On cabinets
6 - 9 large drawer Stack-On cabinets
6 - 24 large drawer cabinets (similar to Stack-On and Akro-Mills)
3 - 64 small drawer Akro-Mills cabinets
1 - 24 large drawer Akro-Mills cabinet
8 - 6 large drawer Sterilite cabinets
88 - 3 extra large drawers Serilite cabinets
138 - quart size plastic containers

These are all labeled with the inventory location data (along with bar code)
that I use in the remarks field.

I will also include 2 Acer chromebooks that I used to manage my store.

Finally, I will include a 1 year subscription to Brick Seller (the store management
software that I developed and will continue to maintain and enhance).

This is great opportunity for anyone that has been thinking about becoming a
seller as you will have everything you need to get started.

If you would like to see a store tour that shows all with above listed items
along with how I use the Brick Seller software to manage my store, you can watch
some of the videos on the Rix Brix YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@rixbrix/videos
(Vlog #2 is a store tour)

Please send me a PM if you are interested or have any questions. I can send
you a download file containing all my inventory data. I would also be willing
to do a comparison with your current inventory data so that you can see the differences.

I live near Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Thanks,
Rick

After a long conversation with another Bricklinker I decided to reopen shipping
to Canada as well as quoting options for most of Europe.

Hello, welcome to bricklink!

FYI, NEW and USED do not necessarily relate to condition, but only to the history
of the item. Please familiarize yourself with this site's definition of NEW
and USED. Basically if your item has been displayed and/or handled for any purpose
other than "inventorying purposes only" it should be considered USED.

https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=102&q=new+condition

Also many of your used items states "like new" or something similar.
This phrase should not be used on this site and your items can be reported for
using it.

Thank you so much! i have fixed the issue and marked those that are used used
and those that are actually new new.

Best of luck with your store. Just a couple of pointers to consider. Standard
shipping in the US starts somewhere around 3.75 - 4.25 . Remember you have fees
to pay also, don't sell yourself short! Also be careful, my bricklink store
has enveloped half of my basement, the drumset is feeling pretty cramped...
Andy

Time to sell all that music stuff and buy more LEGO!!

What’s that long thingy holding up the house?
And that yellow spray bottle —what’s in that?
Looks like you have fly fishing accessories hanging up in plastic —kind of fuzzy
picture
The carpet—is that a bathroom soft velvety rug type!!
And that long thing on the far right —treadmill is some sort ?

Cheers

Careful on that shipping price, it looks to be a rate from about 10 years ago.

Good luck with your store!
