| I have two questions. I am a VAT payer, an entrepreneur in the EU.
1) I need to buy from entrepreneurs from the EU. HOW DO I FILTER AND SEARCH FOR
SELLERS ONLY ENTREPRENEURS?
2) Does the invoice from BrickLink include BrickLink's tax information, VAT?
Or just from the seller?
Thanks

| Hey guys, I'm an absolute noob.
I want to build a MOC from rebrickable and am therefore buying parts. I started
with buying app. 1000 parts from bricklink today. Now I want to include those
bought parts to my rebrickable account to see which parts I'm still missing
to build the MOC.
So the question is: how do I export my list of parts I bought here at bricklink
to import it at rebrickable?
Thanks so much for your help.

| Some dude shipped me an Infected Hau (which was very expensive) and he didn't
even bother to wrap it with bubble plastic or journal paper, and it arrived extremely
broken.
What can i do to get a refund? The guy was already extremely unpolite, and he
isn't answering messages despite reading them.
What can i do?

Author: | Oblib | Posted: | May 30, 2024 07:51 | Subject: | How do I consolidate bricks and merge lots? | Viewed: | 35 times | Topic: | Help
| Hi,
I’m just in the process of getting my store ready to open and I’m about to part
out all of my sets. I have around 30 sets and between 15,000 - 20,000 pieces,
but I have a lot of duplicate lots that are of the same brick, colour and condition,
but they are all grouped separately in small amounts. Is there a way to consolidate
these lots after I’ve already added the sets to my inventory? I know that I can
consolidate parts while adding a new parted out set to your inventory, but I
didn’t realise until I had already parted out and inventoried most of my sets
on my store. I just thought I should ask before I manually sort through 1000s
of bricks and individually update each lot if there’s a more efficient and accurate
way of doing it.
Thanks for any replies and help, I’ve sent a few help messages now and every
time everyone who has responded has been extremely helpful and informative and
I do really appreciate it!

Author: | Oblib | Posted: | May 29, 2024 19:31 | Subject: | Do I need to register a business to sell? UK | Viewed: | 60 times | Topic: | Help
| Hi,
I've just been approved for verification to start selling on BrickLink, and
I just wanted to check if I was allowed to start selling on my store before registering
a business? I also wondered if I'd be allowed to ship internationally if
I'm not registered as a business due any customs/clearance related issues,
and not having my own EORI number. If anyone has any information that they think
might be useful or helpful please do let me know!
I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything that can get me fined or
in trouble before I start. I do intend to register as a business, but I originally
planned on selling for a couple of months, or until reaching around £1,000 of
sales before registering, just so that I would have a bit of familiarity and
experience with selling on BrickLink and make sure that I definitely want to
continue. I'm from the UK, and I have set up worldwide shipping on my store.
Can I start selling, either only nationally or both nationally and internationally?
If anyone needs any more details from me to help please leave a reply letting
me know and I'll provide whatever I can.
Thank you all in advance

| Does Bricklink have customer service? I'm having trouble setting up more
store, I've sent 2 messages through Problem center with no response, is there
any other way to contact someone? Serious question: Does anymore ever respond?
Getting frustrated...
I know my problem has something to do with Sales tax, my store won't ship
to any states that take out sales tax. I just don't know what I have set
up wrong.

| Apparently this fairly impactful action feature has had salient term changes,
since the page was updated 9 months ago?
https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1471555
Not a big user of the these tools here, so could have misunderstood the whole
thing. But if that is indeed the case, maybe someone with access could sneak
in to do another quick update to what seems to me as a fairly important page
https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=72
”If there is no payment or communication from the buyer within seven days
of submitting an order, the seller may file a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) alert.”
Non-Paying Buyer Alert will appear if the following conditions are met:
-You are the seller in the transaction
-At least seven days have passed since the order was last submitted or
updated.
-Current Order Status cannot be NPB, NPX, NRS, NSS or Cancelled.
-Current Payment Status cannot be Paid.

| Hi,
me again. Buyer is obviously trying to get someone to ship without paying. Two
recent NPB's. Somehow I can only choose a OCR and no NPB. Possibly because
at some point I accidently changed the status to paid and them changed it back
to ready?
Or is the buyer already banned after two NPB's and no longer active, so no
more NBP's can be filed?
I want to have my set available for selling again. So should I just go thru the
OCR now?
Regards,
Remko

The part I have has a hollow stud on top but is otherwise nearly identical to

| Hi all,
A buyer already paid the order but he requested to cancel the order because he
used the wrong payment method. I am okay to refund but I am not sure if BL will
still charge for the 3% service fee. Should I less the 3% when issuing refund?
Please advise.
Thank you

If correct, would someone kindly direct me to the how and where on the site.

| Hi,
I was writing my terms for my page, and I was planning on using Instagram, Facebook
and YouTube as marketing tools to show new sets, bricks and minifigures before
I add them to my store as well as to promote sales, offers, etc.
I noticed that it said underneath there should not be links. Does this mean that
I can’t link to any of these pages that are directly related to and promoting
my BrickLink store?
If I can’t put full links in my terms can I still write my information on them,
for reference I currently have this on the bottom of my terms page:

I have a order from a client - I didn't read his reviews and it seems that
I should really read other stores reviews.
Now here comes the tricky part - after payment he asked to remove some items
from the order - I failed to find a place where to find out if this is allowed
or not.

| Good afternoon,
Had a question for anyone who has received an NSS alert on an order before from
a buyer. I gave a partial refund after NSS had been initiated by the buyer over
one month after the order had been received by buyer.
I understand that BrickLink does not really get involved with NSS alerts, but
does a partial refund for the issues buyer claimed was wrong in order allow for
NSS to be removed? Or do I have to physically ship an order out?
Prior to this I did not know NSS alerts existed.
Thank you,
-Deciphured Bricks
